This plugin calculates the stratigraphic thickness using the formula: E = d * sin(α) - Δh * cos(α), where E is the stratigraphic thickness, d is the horizontal distance between two points, α is the dip angle of the stratum, and Δh is the difference in height between the two points (top height - base height).
