Sorts and groups nodes in layer tree, takes layer tree snapshots

Adds the ability to sort layer tree nodes by one of their attributes (name, geometry, position etc.) as well as grouping nodes that share the same attribute. Snapshoting is the ability to save current tree format and reload tree nodes in order in which they were (memory layers can also be stored and reloaded as memory layers).
